That is exactly what Sarah and Matthew did. This sweet couple turned their Florida holiday into a spectacular destination wedding that reached new heights—literally!
A Ceremony with a View: The Aerophile Experience
When Sarah and Matthew reached out to Victoria with Intimate Weddings of Orlando, they were looking for a venue that was as unique as their love story. Victoria suggested a hidden gem: Aerophile at Disney Springs.
If you haven’t seen it, Aerophile is one of the largest tethered helium balloons on the planet! It’s the perfect location for a micro wedding if you want a 360-degree view of Central Florida. From the gondola, the couple could see all four Disney parks, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld while they said their vows. Talk about a “top-tier” wedding!
Capturing the Magic and the “Hidden Mickey”
Victoria helped the couple assemble an incredible team of vendors to ensure their day was stress-free. To document the adventure, Edmond with TruEye Photography was on hand. He did an outstanding job capturing the family’s arrival at Disney Springs, the breathtaking ceremony in the sky, and playful portraits on the ground afterward.
No Disney wedding is complete without some floral “pixie dust.” Atmospheres Florals created a stunning snowy white bouquet for Sarah and a matching boutonniere for Matthew. For an extra touch of magic, they even tucked a tiny crystal Mickey Mouse inside one of the blooms—a perfect “hidden Mickey” for the bride to find!
Vows Written in the Stars
Rev. Glynn Ferguson, owner of Sensational Ceremonies and a premier Orlando wedding officiant, worked with the couple to craft a bespoke wedding ceremony. He included personal paragraphs the couple wrote about why they are perfect for each other.

Stress-Free Legalities
Since the couple was visiting from the UK, they needed a simple way to handle their Florida marriage license. Dianne with Married By Mail made the process effortless. All the couple had to do was send some paperwork online, and Dianne hand-delivered their legal license right to their officiant. It was the ultimate “easy button” for an international wedding!
