Courtney and Jonathan traveled from New Hampshire to get married at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. The couple contacted Intimate Weddings of Orlando to help them put together a beautiful ceremony at Paddlefish, located in the heart of Disney Springs.
The Paddlefish package with Intimate Weddings of Orlando fit them perfectly. The couple added on a violinist through Beautiful Music and had Married By Mail obtain their Florida marriage license for them.
Rev, Glynn Ferguson, with Sensational Ceremonies and an official Walt Disney World wedding. Efficient worked with Courtney and Jonathan to create a beautiful custom ceremony that was both touching and personal. He gave them a homework assignment to write and tell him why they love each other and then included those paragraphs in the ceremony.
Courtney wrote: From the moment I met Jonathan, I knew he was special. I met Jonathan online. I was new to online dating, and scared of what online dating consisted of. When I started talking to him online I instantly knew we had a connection. We had a lot in common. We are both only children. We talked over the phone and through messages for over a month before I agreed to meet him in person. I remember his face when I walked over to him, and I swear his face lit up. We never wanted our first date to end. Our first date started out playing mini golf, we went to lunch, and then we kept extending our date. We went from mini golf, to lunch, to an arcade, to watching a movie, and then we tried going for a walk (we couldn’t find the park). I love Jonathan for so many reasons. Jonathan is one of the kindest people I have ever known, and I love that about him. Jonathan loves impressions and trying to get me to laugh. I can talk to Jonathan about anything, and he will give me an honest opinion. Jonathan feeds my thirst for life. Jonathan works to achieve his goals, and achieves them. He is the most considerate person. He is loved by everyone. Jonathan’s happiness and excitement is infectious. We are almost always together in our spare time, and I love that he loves to spend time with me. He tries to take an interest in everything I take an interest in.
Jonathan wrote: For a long time I felt stranded, like a ship at sea with no wind for its sails to catch. I sat adrift, motionless while those around me moved forward with their lives. However, this all changed when I met courtney. There was an immediate, magnetic connection between us, in which I could tell instinctually that finally I had found someone who wanted the same things I did. Including unconditional acceptance, devotion, companionship, and a true relationship regardless of the struggles and challenges that can come along with it. Courtneys love for me, and in turn my love for her has not only filled a void that was missing in myself, but also given me purpose and direction in life. In many ways her love has become the breeze that steers my ship, as well as the waves beneath it that give me the strength and drive to keep moving through life no matter what comes. Knowing I have her by my side gives me the courage and confidence to be my truest self. She makes me feel needed, and gives me a reason to get over my own personal quirks and hangups. Which in the past might have gotten in the way of reaching my goals and desires. She is passionate, forthright, out spoken with her beliefs and values, which is the perfect complement to my more subdued and contemplative nature. We share a multitude of interests, and have passions for many of the same things. Over the past two years Courtney has become my partner in addition to my best friend. She is the first person I want to talk to when I wake up, and the last person I want to talk to before I drift off to sleep. When something good happens to me, she is the first person I want to share it with. In summation, when Courtney came into my life she wiped the slate clean. I no longer had to question the past or fear what’s to come. I was finally able to live in the moment with her by side. To this day I still feel the same butterflies of excitement when she smiles or I look into her eyes, as I did the first moment I met her
