Darl and Ronald traveled from Georgia to elope in Celebration, Florida. The two of them met more than 40 years ago and even though they went their separate ways and had full lives, their love reunited them.
Wanting to avoid a large wedding they contacted Intimate Weddings of Orlando to help them put together a “no fuss” elopement in a short period of time. What was most important to them was that their love reunited them and they wanted to make the most of it.
Victoria with Intimate Weddings of Orlando helped put together an award-winning team of vendors to help Darl and Ronald have a beautiful elopement.
Lesley with Flowers by Lesley helped to create a beautiful bouquet and matching boutonniere that celebrated their love reunited. With white and lilac roses, a little greenery, and wrapped stems, everything was perfect.
Edmund with Rhodes Studios calmed the couple down and helped them to relax as he captured every moment of their elopement. As their love reunited them it was his talented eye that captured every image of their wedding day.
Rev. Glynn Ferguson, the owner of Sensational Ceremonies and an Orlando wedding officiant, worked with Darl and Ronald to create a beautiful and touching custom ceremony that was filled with their love reunited.
Rev. Ferguson asked them to each write to him and tell him why they love each other.
Darl wrote of their love reunited: I love Ron because he stole my heart, and there was an immediate chemistry. He is definitely my soulmate; but more importantly we are both evolving in the Lord and want Him to be the third part of a three fold cord with us, Ecc. 4:9.
He always looks out for me and has always been my very best friend. We have our special private jokes and always make each other laugh.
With God’s help and strength I know we will be able to go through anything and everything together as one in Christ.
Ron is the love of my life and I know I will love him forever.
Ronald wrote of their love reunited: I love Darl (angel) because she always has my interest at heart. She is easy to talk to. We have fun together, and she has a good sense of humor.
She loves the Lord and has a relationship with Him. She is one of the most trustworthy persons I know.
Met her 40 years ago and gave her the name angel; and it has always seemed to stick.
She is my best supporter and best friend. She thinks that I can do anything and everything.
Congratulations on your love reunited. Many God Bless You for years to come.
